What this site collects
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Fonts and images are served from the site’s own host. The one exception is the Bare Minerals film in Selected Work: on a desktop screen it plays from Vimeo, set to Vimeo’s do not track mode, so Vimeo receives the technical details a browser sends with that request but sets no cookies.
When you write to us
The contact form sends what you type, your name, website, email address and message, to New Garde Labs at access@newgardelabs.com. It is delivered by Resend, the email provider the site uses for this. Once your message has arrived, the same provider sends you one short automatic email from New Garde Labs to say so. If the form cannot send, it opens the same message in your own mail program instead, and nothing leaves your device unless you press send there.
Once delivered, your message is an ordinary email in that mailbox. Resend keeps a delivery record of it; what Resend records, and for how long, is set out in Resend’s privacy policy.
Where the site is hosted
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, it receives the technical details a browser sends with every request, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. What Vercel records, and for how long, is set out in Vercel’s privacy notice.
Links to other sites
